The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD) The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD) provides opportunities for current first-, second-, and third-year undergraduate students to spend one academic year of non-degree study in a US university or community college. The Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program (Muskie) The Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program (Muskie) provides opportunities for Master's level study in the United States. The Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program (TEA) for 2010-2011 The Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program (TEA) is a program of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State, and implemented by IREX, a Washington, DC-based nonprofit organization. TEA will provide secondary school teachers from Europe and Eurasia, East Asia and the Pacific, the Near East, South and Central Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Western Hemisphere with unique opportunities to develop expertise in their subject areas, enhance their teaching skills, and increase their knowledge about the United States . Educational Testing The IBT versions of the TOEFL, GRE, USMLE, PMI, ICMA and other tests are offered at the Educational Testing Center.
